THERMOFORMED & IML CUPS

SPPS manufactures thermoformed and IML cups for dairy, food and beverage packaging applications. Thermoformed cups are made by heating plastic sheets such as HIPS, polypropylene, PET or similar materials and using vacuum and air pressure to form the sheet over a mould.​

IML is a process used to integrate labels with plastic containers. Thisprovides printed packaging with good print quality and helps prevent scratching or peeling of the label.​ SPPS provides thermoformed cups and IML packaging solutions for applications including yogurt (zabadi), dairy and food packaging.​
